A clean financial file
Funds that have sat in an account for several months, with a clear source, persuade far better than a large deposit made just before lodging. If a parent or relative funds you, include their relationship to you, their income evidence and a short signed declaration. Education loans should be from a recognised bank or NBFC; a disbursement letter or tuition paid directly to the university is the strongest form. See education loans.
